Our panoramic Dining Room is home to classic, innovative British cooking, and has two AA Rosettes. The evening menu is available in the intimacy of our panoramic Dining Room. Our chefs have searched out the best Cumbrian produce – Herdwick lamb, rare breed cattle, local fish and shellfish as well as local artisan cheeses, come together in the most delicious fashion. The menu sees new dishes introduced daily and allows us to offer whatever has come off the fells or the boat, celebrating the best of modern British cuisine.
